This is not a film set. Nor is it some sort of elaborate art show. But, in a way, this particular event at Villa Aurelia had all of these facets in itself.

The photographs you’re seeing are from an outdoor gala dinner party. It was just a tip of the iceberg as this was just a welcoming party before the grand wedding day the next day. It all took place at Villa Aurelia – a baroque mansion, and among the highest points within the walls of Rome.

Sandra and Dario, welcomed their guests in this exquisite wonderland, and it all felt like entering a fairy tale in real life. The vibrant red and gold table décor was stilishy done. The surroundings had a hint of surreal. So easy to submerge yourself in the mood, because it had it all: an amazing atmosphere, wonderful people, great food and unforgettable musical entertainment by Knights Club And then the dress code, obviously – red!

This welcome gala dinner provided artful drama that took up everyone’s spirits and allowed for a passage to what was the most stunning wedding.

It might be all too often that we say such a compliment, but this time, really, the views speak for themselves.
