We never pose you or force you to do anything simple to execute “our vision”, but rather we give slight direction as needed to make you feel comfortable and secure (you can think of us as well-dressed flies on the wall!). Formal wedding day photoshoots last no more than 15 to 30 minutes, so you can get back to sipping champagne with your friends and family.

We firmly believe the journey is just as important as the final destination. This means we prioritize our client’s experience above all else. We get to know your stories and personalities, and never elevate ourselves or our art higher than your preferences. As soon as you decide to work with us, we share our best tips, vendors, locations, and resources for a smooth and stunning wedding day. We check in with you regularly and are always available to answer any questions.

We initiate the process with a laid-back yet insightful video call or phone chat. It's your chance to tell us about yourselves and the vision for your wedding, while we share how our photography can tell your story. It's a no-pressure opportunity to see if we click!

Meet and
Greet Call

Step 1

Once you decide we're the right fit, we'll get down to business. We'll send you a digital contract to secure your date. After you sign, we suggest you pour yourselves something sparkling to toast to this new partnership—our way of welcoming you to the Nakutis experience.

Contract signing & champagne!

Step 2

About 1 month before the wedding, we'll request that you or your wedding planner send us the wedding day itinerary. This provides us with valuable insight into the specifics, allowing us to plan our shots and positioning in advance, ensuring that we capture every significant moment.

Pre-Wedding Prep

Step 3

This is the final strategy session, typically in person or via video call, just before the wedding. We'll walk through your agenda, confirm the key moments, and address any last-minute updates. It's all about ensuring we're synchronized for the main event.

Final Face-to-Face Meeting

Step 4

The big day is where you should be fully present, soaking in every second. With the preparations complete, we'll be discreetly capturing the laughter, tears, and everything in between. Our goal is for you to not worry about photography and just enjoy your celebration.

Sneak Peak & Final Gallery

The anticipation post-wedding is real, which is why we'll send over a sneak peek of your photos within a week or two—just a taste of the memories we captured. The complete gallery, carefully edited to perfection, will be delivered digitally 2-4 months later. These images will be yours to cherish, share, and look back on for a lifetime.
